How To Become Stronger, Faster And Leaner With The Noblerex K1 Platinum

Whole body vibration training using the Noblerex K1 Platinum is a pain-free, efficient, highly effective, and safe solution for those looking to build strength, muscle tone, and speed. This is a type of exercise machine based on US and Russian space training programs for astronauts and it’s absolutely revolutionizing the way people are exercising. The machine has a platform with a strong motor built into it. It oscillates while you stand on it – similar to a teeter-totter movement, causing your muscles to contract 7-28 times per second. The increased gravitational resistance trains your muscles to produce greater strength, thus increasing your lean muscle mass. Vibration research studies have shown muscle strength to increase by 50% in just 3 weeks! What’s more, vibration exercise has been shown to be 10 times more effective than rotational exercise.

Vibration exercise can an excellent addition or even alternative to typical weight training exercises because of the increased efficiency as well as the decreased risk of injury involved. Typical exercise and resistance training can take a lot of time, energy, and dedication. Also, there’s always some concern when it comes to lifting heavy weights on the joints, ligaments, and tendons of the body, especially if one has suffered past injuries in that area or is injury prone. Vibration exercise with a quality oscillating machine is an effective and proven way to increase strength, muscle and speed without these worries.

The Noblerex K1 is so effective because:

1) The vibrating platform causes muscles to contract and release approximately 7-28 times per second by natural stretch reflex. Typically when we are lifting weights, we are contracting and releasing our muscles only 1-2 times per second.

2) Typical rotational exercise engages about 45% of muscle fibers whereas whole body vibration engages about 97% of muscle fibers. This is because involuntary muscles all over the body are also stimulated.

3) Vibration training stimulates our fast twitch muscle fibers, which are responsible for our speed. Again, these are usually very difficult to workout and to fatigue with weights because most exercises focus on major muscle groups such as the biceps, triceps, quads, and hamstrings. These are mostly slow twitch muscle fibers. It’s extremely difficult to purposely workout fast twitch muscles.

There are a host of other health benefits that accompany whole body vibration – not just increased strength and speed. Using the machine for 10 minutes a day, 5 times a week can help you lose weight, increase bone density, increase blood circulation, improve flexibility and balance, increase Human Growth Hormone and Serotonin production, decrease cortisol (the belly-fat hormone), improve lymphatic detoxification, and improve skin appearance. Testosterone has also been shown to increase by up to 7% and this would benefit those looking to get stronger because it plays a role in muscle recovery. It also aids in increased energy, increased production of red blood cells, and an enhanced libido.

As you can guess, this new exercise method of creating strength, speed, and tone has captured the attention of leading fitness and performance trainers around the world. Many gyms and personal trainers, including Olympic and celebrity trainers, are now using vibration training machines to help their clients and teams get results fast. In Hollywood, vibration machines had played a huge role in the feminine shapes of Jessica Alba, Natalie Imbruglia, Madonna, and Claudia Schiffer.

Raise your strength and fitness to the next level in weeks, not months. If you’re involved in athletics such as martial arts, track, swimming, gymnastics, football and even golf, you’ll soon experience the wonderful speed, flexibility, and enhanced muscle control vibration training gives you. This is your new secret weapon and can give you the leading edge in virtually any sport or competition.

The effects of over 80 different conventional exercises can be created on the Noblerex K1 Platinum by making small adjustments in body positioning. And if you are already in good shape, you can take your workout to the next level by increasing your time on the machine to 20-30 minutes a day, making sure you give your muscles a 24-48 hour break after the more intense workouts. This might be one of the easiest and most convenient ways to improve your body shape, strength, and overall health.

Pittsburgh Steelers Great Terry Bradshaw

There is no arguing that the Pittsburg Steelers have been one of the more successful teams in the history of the National Football League, and have certainly been the most successful when it comes to the Super Bowl. During the team’s 67 years as a franchise, they have played in the most title games in the AFC than any NFL team, and have also won more of those contests.

Unlike other teams that have had periods of greatness followed by long periods of mediocrity, the Steelers have consistently competed for football’s highest honors in every decade of the modern era. The team manages to find its way into the Super Bowl game at least once every ten years since the 1970s began. Even their greatest dynasty was sandwiched between periods of steady success. That dynasty, of course, occurred in the period that resulted in the Steelers winning four Super Bowl trophies in one decade – all behind the legendary arm of the great Terry Bradshaw.

The man with the arm of steel

Though modern fans may not know it, given his current status as a sports analyst and commentating partner of the great Howie Long, Bradshaw was once better known as Mister Steel Arm. During his fourteen years with the Steelers, he had one of the strongest arms in the game – an arm that was only dwarfed by his ability to project an image of solid steel on the field. As a player who made the play decisions from the huddle himself, Bradshaw was undoubtedly one of the finest quarterbacks ever to lead any team. Though credit is often given exclusively the Pittsburgh’s famed Steel Curtain defense in the 1970s, the play of Terry Bradshaw was as responsible as anything else for the incredible success those Steelers teams enjoyed.

As a leader

When he was drafted before the start of the 1970 season, many anticipated that he would immediately be the starting quarterback. He did not, in fact, start until the 1971 season. As it turns out, this number one draft pick from Louisiana needed time to get his game in line with NFL expectations. This, of course, gave many people around the NFL and in the media the idea that he was too dull-brained to quarterback at the NFL level – a notion that may have been bolstered by Bradshaw’s “aw shucks” accent and demeanor. Within a few short years, he began to demonstrate the style and skill level that enabled his Steelers team to win eight titles in their division, and become Super Bowl Champions four times.

Better than remembered

Forget everything you have heard about how Bradshaw was good only because the Steel Curtain defense was great. That’s sheer nonsense. The fact is that much of that defense’s strength came from the fact that Bradshaw had an arm like a cannon. With the ever-present threat of a Bradshaw long ball, opposing defenses had to loosen their grip at the line, allowing the Steelers running game to be more powerful than it otherwise might have been. The Steelers defense was thus able to get plenty of rest while their offense dominated the clock. Bradshaw was never as dumb as he was accused of being either. His response to such insults has always been to remind the listeners that football has never been the equivalent of rocket science – though if it was rocket science, Bradshaw would have been a PhD.

The Biggest Distractions In The Game Of Golf

Sometimes, getting out to play a round or two of golf can be the best part of the week. It’s just you, your golf clubs, and your buddies. Well that’s the way we’d like to imagine it anyway, but sod’s law says that distractions will make themselves known in various forms. We’ve thought long and hard and have come up with what we believe are the top distractions on the golf course.

The weather While this can often be quite an easy excuse (as in, “I missed that shot because of the wind”, or “I can’t see because of the rain”) it produces a very real difficultly for getting the best scores in the game; unless of course you depend on the wind to bring your ball a little bit further or more to the left or right. There is often nothing worse than heading off for a game of golf in your snazzy golf clothes, and then having the heavens open wide when you are about to tee off. Lesson learned: always be prepared with a hat, umbrella and raincoat.

Other people As you are unlikely to be the only person or people on the golf course at any one time, other people can often be sources of irritation or annoyance. “Did you see the hat that guy was wearing?” or “Has that girl ever even hit a ball before?” can be common questions you ask in your head or out loud. Of course, sometimes the most annoying thing is when you yourself are having a slower game, and you have people waiting behind you to use the hole. The pressure! Lesson learned: keep your eyes on the ball, or put in a pair of earplugs.

Your clubs Your own golf club set can be a source of distraction too; you might find yourself imagining owning a brand new set of expensive and beautiful irons and drivers. Keeping your clubs in good condition and looking clean can keep these feelings relatively at bay while you are on the course. Although, no one is going to stop you if you idolise some awesome clubs when you are sat daydreaming at home! Lesson learned: clean your golf clubs and keep them in the best possible condition.

Golf is an amazing game – and despite the distractions, it is still possible to have a great day out, even if you are on your own!

Decoding the Racing Form

Horse racing is a sport that has captivated spectators for centuries with its brief but intense displays of willpower, finesse, and brute strength. Months and months of preparation are made worthless or “worth it” within a couple quick minutes as horse. More than perhaps any other sport, horse racing has lent itself to the world of gambling. While plenty of part-time enthusiasts just show up and throw their money down on what feels good, there are many others who take betting on horses quite seriously and, rather than approaching it as a game of luck, see it as an opportunity to calculate risks and find value. For these discerning punters, the racing form is the holy grail and the key to it all.

The racing form itself is a puzzle to the novice. It’s seemingly random assortment of numbers and letters are overwhelming if you have not seen them before, but each and every number and letter has a purpose and a valuable meaning. For example, it details not only biographical information on the horse, but gives a running history of its performance in races, detail about why it may have performed poorly, and information as to its sire and dam, breeder, and jockey. If the horse took any significant time off between races, this will be indicated as well so that readers have a sense for how active the horse has been and whether or not it had any injuries. Knowing how to extract meaning from all those numbers and letters is the key, and is a skill that makes or breaks punters.

Understanding a racing form begins with knowing its component parts and how they pertain to a horse’s potential and probable performance.

Much of the form is logistical information, as its principal and primary use is as a program for the day’s races. Thus, you will find race times, race types, tracks, and the purses for each race. Once you have found your race, however, look into the individual horse listings for the truly valuable information that can make or break your day, and your wallet.

The racing form will list each horse’s name and an array of biographical information. Such information includes the horse’s age, its sex (filly, colt, thoroughbred, gelding), and its color-commonly listed colors are black, brown, bay, buckskin, chestnut, dun, pinto, roan, and white. The sex and color will commonly be abbreviated.

Sire and Dam. Knowledge of the horse’s parents is commonly used by bettors looking to the horse’s lineage as an indicator of potential performance.

The name of the horse’s breeder is also found on the racing. A breeder’s reputation may be cause for lowering expectations of a horse whose form otherwise looks good, or raising expectations for a horse whose form looks less promising.

The weight of the horse, including the jockey, will be listed as well and is closely followed for any unexpected fluctuation.

The true meat of the racing form, and the place where a discerning punter spends most of his time, is in the section that details performance in past races. Generally results and comments are listed by individual race and indicate the type of race, the conditions in the race, the odds for the horse, how it finished, and how far behind the winner it finished. General comments tend to follow the basic finishing information and indicated whether or not the horse had any specific problems in the race that may have impacted its performance.
